Q: How quickly will my item(s) ship?

A: All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours, excluding holidays and weekends.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At this time we only ship to the USA and it's territories.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: All major credit cards and paypal are accepted.

Q: Is shipping cost included in the price of your products?

A: No, shipping cost is separate from price of products.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

A: No, we do not offer expedited shipping at this time.


Q: Do you offer local delivery?

A: Yes, we do! This feature is available April-September. Simply select this option at checkout. Contactless drop offs take place M-F between 10am-2pm. Package will be left on front porch unless otherwise stated in "Note" section at checkout. You will be notified by email/text that your package has been delivered.


Q: Can I use more than one discount code?

A: No, you may only use one discount code per order.


Q: Why does the soap design/color differ from my previous order?

A: Due to our products being handmade in small batches, you can expect some variations between batches. We work hard to make sure every soap is similar from batch to batch, but do expect some differences in appearance.


Q: What is the whitish film on my beeswax candle?

A: This is called "bloom" and it naturally occurs with 100% pure beeswax. Your candle is perfectly fine but if you want to remove it buff with a soft cloth or heat gently with a blow dryer.
