Payments: We offer several secure payment methods at checkout to ensure the safety of your personal information. Our payment processors (PayPal and Stripe) take extra steps to keep your data protected.

Shipping: We ship all orders within 1-3 days of received payment. Excluding holidays and weekends. Please enter FULL ADDRESS at checkout. Black Tea & Honey is not responsible for an insufficient address submitted by the consumer. If full address is not provided, order will be canceled.

Shipping Speed & Tax: We offer flat rate shipping of $6.99 as of 1/1/2025. Tax is calculated at checkout. Remember shipping speed is determined solely by the carrier (e.g. USPS) and can range from 3-14 days.

Online Orders & Tracking: Tracking number will be provided with each online order. We do not offer local pickup/delivery at this time.

Returns/Exchanges: Due to sanitary and other reasons, all sales are final and may not be returned, exchanged or refunded. We want you to be happy with your purchase from beginning to end, so if your order does not arrive in satisfactory condition, please contact us so we can find an acceptable solution. Please note, Black Tea and Honey is not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the courier nor are we liable for lost/damaged packages caused by courier or consumer.
